What version of WordPress is required to use SharePrints?
SharePrints is supported on WordPress version 3.6 – 4.1.2.
Will SharePrints work with my theme?
SharePrints will work with any theme that follows WordPress’s Theme Development Standards.
SharePrints will work with non-responsive themes. However, your theme must be responsive in order to display responsive galleries.
Do I have to re-upload my images to use SharePrints?
SharePrints works with existing images in your Media Library. You don’t have to re-upload them. SharePrints automatically resamples your images and creates the appropriate size thumbnails as needed.
Can I upload images in bulk to SharePrints galleries?
Yes, simply hold the Shift key and you can select multiple images to be inserted into a gallery from the WordPress Media Library.
Are my images too big or too small to use with SharePrints?
SharePrints works best with images that are uploaded in their original resolution and file size, but it will work with existing images of any size.
Will SharePrints slow down my website/blog?
SharePrints was built with efficiency and speed in mind. SharePrints will not load anything on pages/posts that do not include galleries. On pages/posts with galleries, SharePrints only loads the smallest file sizes necessary to display each gallery.
Will SharePrints work on WordPress.com sites?
No, WordPress.com is a hosted solution and doesn’t allow the installation of plugins. However, you can install WordPress on your own domain or subdomain in less than 5 minutes, and then install the SharePrints plugin. Most hosting companies, such as WP Engine, Dreamhost, RackSpace, GoDaddy, and BlueHost provide easy installation of WordPress as well.
How is support handled for SharePrints?
We support plugins developed by Freak Plugins for SharePrints and sold on FreakPlugins.com.
Customers with SharePrints Pro and SharePrints Business licenses have access to email support and can submit support requests through their account on FreakPlugins.com.
How are updates handled?
If you have an active and valid license, you will receive update notices each time a new version of SharePrints becomes available. You can update SharePrints in the same process as any other plugin. You will stop receiving updates if your license key expires or is no longer active.
Which Web browsers do you support?
We support the current and prior major release of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version of these browsers is released, we’ll begin supporting the update and stop supporting the third-oldest version.
For mobile and tablet devices we support the current and prior major release of Safari for iOS and Chrome for Android.
Do you offer refunds?
Given the nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if the plugin fails to perform the basic functions described on FreakPlugins.com, we may consider issuing a refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
